Heart to Heart

Such an vividly expressive outpour of romantic Love
There is such beauty in the words you write.
Sounds like a new love is on the horizon and in Sight
Plagued with question unclear, twisted love Unclear.
Her heart still sways to the rhythm of the beat, dances and even leaps with Excitement
In attempt to anticipate the next move, wires crossed Misunderstandings
A fortress built to protect the Shining Heart encased by the Rib Cage
One day they may both come to to know the truth, gain Understanding

I reside on the East Coast of the United States with my two Beautiful Daughters.
We have overcome much adversity, God has seen us through.
Having to raise these now wonderful Young Ladies as a Single Mom was not my plan.

Designing and Writing Cards began at age Five.
Since my Mother was a Teacher it a tool to teach me to read and write was Card Making, Journaling as well as creating Poems.
I naturally had a passion for making up Silly Songs and imaginative stories.

As a Teacher Assistant Trainee at twelve years old in a Mentoring Program for The Texas Day Association.
My passion for making up Silly Songs and Jingles became Transitional Songs used to help children remember in a joyful way.
My Studies include Education, coupled with Business, Religion, along with several other certifications.

Can we have a romance that is founded purely on words, exchanges where two people do not meet? The heart has a longing but on the meeting, you then discover all the crossed wires, a tangled mess of a relationship that can never take place. If then the barriers are raised and the heart is protected, does this preclude future romance? I love this poem because really it seems to raise so many questions and invites us all to consider what our answers might be. Of course, the poet rarely writes to address one individual, love poems also tend to very private affairs. Nice piece 🙂 🙂
