I reside on the East Coast of the United States with my two Beautiful Daughters.
We have overcome much adversity, God has seen us through.
Having to raise these now wonderful Young Ladies as a Single Mom was not my plan.
Designing and Writing Cards began at age Five.
Since my Mother was a Teacher it a tool to teach me to read and write was Card Making, Journaling as well as creating Poems.
I naturally had a passion for making up Silly Songs and imaginative stories.
As a Teacher Assistant Trainee at twelve years old in a Mentoring Program for The Texas Day Association.
My passion for making up Silly Songs and Jingles became Transitional Songs used to help children remember in a joyful way.
My Studies include Education, coupled with Business, Religion, along with several other certifications.

I too suffer with migraines, all you say is true. I freeze a soda can, place on back of my neck and I inhale lavender and they go away. Most times I don’t have to take medicine.

Wow…I don’t drink soda, but will buy one for that. I love lavender and carry a essential oil spray in my purse for my hands. Thanks so much for the information.

I did have a migraine but not since past 5 years. Advil PM followed by lots of lemon water worked pretty well for me. I wish the pain of mind go away with the same remedies.

My dear Yonnie,
I also suffer from migraine for over 20 years due to a car accidence. And once a week I get those attacks usually. When feeling it is coming then I take a pill, a special migraine pill that really helps me – however, when I do not take it in time and wait a bit longer, then no pill will help and I have to be in a dark room, shut the blinds and have to stand the pain lasting sometimes even two days.
So I know how this feels, my dear friend and wish you strength and confidence to withstand such an awful pain.
From heart to heart, dear Yonnie
Hugs and love 🙂

Wow…so you can definitely relate. Yes, concession from car accidents or any head trauma is no fun and usually triggers migraines. I don’t like to take the pain meds either. A dark room, rest, hydration and Peppermint Essential Oil works wonders paired with prayer and meditation. 😇🙏🤗

Thank you, dear Yonnie,
What we also can do: do use tigerbalm and put it to our temples and give a massage to it.
Love and light to you, my friend 🙂 🤗🤗🤗

Sorry to hear about you migraines!!! Excedrin Migraine seems to knock down most headaches. Another home remedy that has worked for me is to either stand and bend over and hold you head down toward you knees or to lay on the bed face down and hold your head over the edge of the bed. Easy to try. Hope this helps!!

Thanks Chuck, I am much better now. I actually can’t take Excedrin. I glad it works for you as well as others seem to get good relief.
