I reside on the East Coast of the United States with my two Beautiful Daughters.
We have overcome much adversity, God has seen us through.
Having to raise these now wonderful Young Ladies as a Single Mom was not my plan.

Designing and Writing Cards began at age Five.
Since my Mother was a Teacher it a tool to teach me to read and write was Card Making, Journaling as well as creating Poems.
I naturally had a passion for making up Silly Songs and imaginative stories.

As a Teacher Assistant Trainee at twelve years old in a Mentoring Program for The Texas Day Association.
My passion for making up Silly Songs and Jingles became Transitional Songs used to help children remember in a joyful way.
My Studies include Education, coupled with Business, Religion, along with several other certifications.

This is hands down the best way to find happiness in any given moment. Because whether the moments are the good ones that are a joy to get through, or the moments are less than the good ones and are something you need to get through to get to another good moment, God is with you in every single micromoment and that very fact alone is what is reason to celebrate no matter the circumstance.

This was such a beautiful way to send such a powerful message.

Be thankful for what you have – you never know exactly how much you have and how it could be so much worse unless you give time to appreciate what is before you.

I so appreciate having you on my Reader. I hope you are having yourself a wonderful morning/day/night (wherever the sun may find you in this blessed moment of our paths crossing) and that much love and light shines upon the path before you.

Thank you, my dear Yonnie,

In times of trouble we remember our Lord and pray for help, but in times of happiness we usually forget Him, do not think of Him – so it would be just wonderful and beautiful to think of Him in all times: in happy as well as in toublesome times -the more we remember Him, the more we are with Him and He with us…

All the best, my dear friend

Amen Yonnie! Through all things He deserves our thanksgiving. “Be thankful in all circumstances for this is God’s will for us in Christ Jesus.” 1 Thessalonians 5:18

In Jesus we do have victory! Thanks for this inspiration.

Amen. Right on point, this verse is powerful. Being thankful in ALL circumstances is the will of God for us in Christ Jesus. It is a choice, our posture toward God by faith. Eyes focused on Him, knowing he will cause everything to work for the good. He loves us so. In ALL things let us give thanks. Appreciate your insightful comment.

[…] I just love that no matter what, in all circumstances, we can be thankful. We can choose to look up to Jesus, and trust Him to supply our needs in even the most difficult times. Although thankfulness may not naturally be our first response in all circumstances, we can choose to be thankful anyway because God is in control. As we give God thanks, we can expect the Lord to fill our hearts with joy, and work in our lives as we honor His will above our own. A thankful heart allows us to see life from God’s perspective, even in trials. I was encouraged by this poem by Yonnie at YonnieInHisCare, “Be Thankful In Trouble”. […]
