Sitting, leaning back in my seat, thinking 🤔. What is the meaning?
Gleaning at the sky Above.
Night has come. clouds have fallen.
The cold brisk wind 💨, begins to howl
Sounding the alarm 🚨
It’s a reminder to bundle up.
Stay warm for the coldness 🥶 has come.
Waiting with anticipation and patience.
Beautiful thoughts and imaginations.
Reflections of a greater expectations.
Listening to the chatter of good times, as some of the guests reflect back, to days not long ago.
Laughter was so contagious, it was so amazing, it seem to fill the room.
As the as music boomed a familiar tune, there was a stillness in the air.
Time stood still…
Music, boom-in, everybody’s grooving, to the same tune. Singing Along, having much fun.
What song could be?
It is so wonderful when we get together. Such a joyous time of fellowship.
I’m so thankful to God for my WordPress extended family. I am truly grateful for each of you.
On this day we Celebrate Thanksgiving! Let us embrace forgiveness and love one another even the more, giving thanks unto God for life, health and strength. We are still here.
Enjoy the time of partaking in food, fun and fellowship. Let smiles and hugs rain, taking away any pain with overshadowing Rainbows of Love ❤️ .
There is nothing to hard for God.
He meets us right where we are and loves us anyway.
New mercies began each day.
Giving hope and strength to press right through.
Never alone, but a new day begun.
You give Life.

Her heart was broken, after all he called off the Wedding Proposal. She thought they were fine. That they were Forever❤️. “Why not?” She thought, reflecting back. They had dated over three years and he finally proposed three months ago and know called things off one week before the Wedding. What else could she have done? Besides attending to him like they were already married. She was totally devoted to him. Giving him every part of her being. Despite the rumors of his unfaithfulness, there was an emptiness, she ignored.
She even loved him more then herself. Did she even love herself? The excuses he made and lies didn’t alarm her or raise a question in her mind. Somehow she trained her mind, her emotions not to feel or react, but tune everything out. Her sweet Prince could do no wrong.
Wake up out of your sleep, snap out of the daze. He had you in a haze. It is as if you have be tranquilized.
You hear him in the other room making plans to meet up with someone else. Just because he is handsome and often gets mistaken for a Hollywood Star doesn’t give him a pass. Yet you have lowered your expectations.
You are a Lady, a Beautiful Queen, you know what I mean. I know you feel hurt right now. Remember God, Still loves you and heard those whispered prayers.
Stand up dry your eyes and grab your dignity, your much stronger, then you think. No more rehearsing the past. Forgive him, free your mind, move on at last.
He may have ended the proposal, but you are “Strutting In The Grand Finale.”
God’s Grace and Mercy has seen you through, which allowed you to “Forgive,” releasing strongholds and soul ties.
Tend to yourself, you are worth more, embrace your singleness at last.
Renew, Refocus, Restore
Life sometimes seems dark, then we experience moments of blue. Those moments of blue, can make you feel stuck like glue, trying to paralyze you.
Refuse to Give Up, Stand Strong
Life crisis are not always fair, often times it is too much, to bare alone.
Remember God is on the throne.
Cast your cares upon the Lord for He cares for you. This is nothing new, but it is true.
His Grace and Mercy carries you through circumstances that should have taken you out, but God.
Lord, looking to you, the author and the finisher of my Faith. You always seem to make a way of escape.
You are a way-maker, a provider.
You are a Strong-Tower, a redeemer.
You are the Living Word, sustaining nourishment from day to day.
Be as a tree planted by the rivers of water or like an Eagle who has mounted up on wings in full flight. Flying above the storm.
Refuse to Give In, Stand Strong…
Like the weather on a cool rainy Autumn Day. The next hour it is warm, blue and true.
Things are forever changing. The world is evolving everyday, yet in a temporal state.

How many times have you heard the phrase, “Life Happens?”
Reflecting back to my to my childhood, I recall hearing this phrase, being loosely used by my Dad. Like an echo, in response to his own statement, you’d hear “Get use to it.” Pondering within myself, then watching angered look of frustration settle within him, was pretty scary.
We were all programmed. Once he arrived home from drinking, we encountered mood shifts and confrontations. Afterwards came his favorite quote, “Life happens, deal with it.” All verbal conversation, smiles and laugher would instantly cease. The paranoia and fear of us talking behind his back, plagued him everyday. It was all about control, it was like a light switch.
The white walls inside of the house went from sunshine to darkness. Silence filled the cold lifeless house. During the times of silence the three of us communicated with one another by whispering, using jesters and hand signals. My Mother would attempt to make a game out of it, just to ease the tension and stress. We were hostages, moving about the house as if we were walking on eggshells, in fear of awakening the terror. If walls could talk, they would have cried out for help, revealing many secrets…
No one deserves or ever has to accept abuse of any nature, at any age from anyone. If you or you know of someone who is in danger. Tell community service workers or local authorities.
Yonnie’s Words of Affirmation:
God Loves ♥️ Me!
I am valuable, beautifully and wonderfully made by God.
I am more than a conqueror.
I have a voice and will not be silenced.
I will Speak up!
I will Speak Out!
I am Free.
“The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.”
John 1:5 NIV
Stop, Pause, Breathe
Stop, Pause, Breathe
It has been an extremely busy day of appointments, laughter, chitter chat with my two best girl, my daughters as the music plays softly in the background.
We spent a meaningful afternoon together bonding. We cannot take it for granted that things are good. We have to invest the time and make ourselves available.
Stop, Pause, Give Thanks
It is vitally important that we embrace our current place in time knowing that God’s Grace is sufficient. He gives us new Mercy each day.
